When you are in need of air conditioning service or want to set up a preventive maintenance for your HVAC system, our office will coordinate with you to schedule the first available time for us to come out. Once our certified technician arrives at your business or residence, he will proceed to diagnose the problem.
At the condenser, the outdoor unit, he checks the pressures, checks voltage and continuity and does an inspection of the wire connections. At the air handler, the inside unit, he checks the temperature difference, looks for any clogs at the drain pans and drain lines, makes sure the thermostat is operating properly, checks the filter, and checks the breakers. Before proceeding with any major repairs, he will update you on what needs to be done. Our office will handle locating manufacturer’s replacement parts and we will coordinate with you prior to moving forward.
Service Call Procedure
A Technician is scheduled with a work order for your place of business or home. He will arrive within the agreed upon time frame, or call if he will be earlier or later. Upon arrival the Technician will ask a few questions to establish concerns or service needs. The controls and equipment will be examined and results will be reported to owner as to what is involved in the repair and the costs, then he will proceed with the necessary repair. Upon completion of the service call the air conditioning equipment has been run tested. An invoice will be prepared by the office and it will be mailed or emailed to you.
Preventive Maintenance Procedure:
A Technician is scheduled with a work order for your place of business or home. He will arrive within the agreed upon time frame. If this is a first-time maintenance, the Technician will ask a few questions to establish location of system, filters, controls, and service history. The maintenance includes vacuuming out the drain pan and drain line, treating them with Nu-Line to help prevent clogs and to remove any slime and build up. All the filters will be replaced. The coils will be inspected at both the indoor and outdoor unit. The technician will get a pressure reading at the condenser and a temperature difference (TD) inside the home or business. The air conditioning equipment will be run tested. You will receive a full report on the invoice, which will be either mailed or emailed to you.
